Born and raised in western Pennsylvania, Matthew Zurcher, S.J. is a Jesuit scholastic currently studying social philosophy and theology at Loyola University Chicago. After earning a degree in humanities and arts from Carnegie Mellon University, he has worked as a conductor/composer, prison chaplain, and retreat director. Matthew enjoys pop culture, the Spiritual Exercises, and ice cream.
