Quang was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He graduated from Fordham University after a year of studies in Beijing and completed his M.Div. at the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley. Growing up Viet, Yat (Nawlinian), and Jesuit played no small part in his craze for cultures, languages and, above all, good food. Quang was ordained a priest in 2015.
