Monday of the Third Week of Lent

“My father,” they said, “if the prophet had told you to do something extraordinary, would you not have done it?  Al the more now, since he said you, ‘Wash and be clean,’ should you do as he said.”

It is easy to ignore the ordinary events and people in our day.  But the routine hides many opportunities to encounter God.  Can I welcome those moments as important invitations for my conversion during Lent?
