Born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, MA, Steve joined the Jesuits in 2011 after attending college at MIT, serving as a Jesuit Volunteer, and dabbling in the field of public health. As a Jesuit, he taught math and science at Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School. Semi-regular crises of faith notwithstanding, he's really glad to be a Jesuit.
