Jaret is from a small town in the San Joaquin Valley of California. He studied at UC Santa Barbara, followed by two years of service in Belize with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. He is currently studying philosophy and social sciences in Guadalajara, México and volunteering at a shelter for migrants and refugees. He enjoys long bike rides, hiking, great literature, and Pokémon Go.
